Executive Team
The Bizo executive team is made up of serial entrepreneurs and leaders with B2B marketing and ad-industry experience.
Russell Glass, CEO: Russ is a serial technology entrepreneur, having founded or held senior positions at four venture-backed technology companies. Most recently Russ led the marketing and product management teams at ZoomInfo, a business information search engine, where he sharpened his B2B marketing skill-set and developed his love for business data. Other than business data, Russ's passions include golf, anything in high def, and Duke basketball.
Mark Dye, SVP Sales and Business Development: Mark is also a serial entrepreneur, and most recently ran business development at Vivisimo, an enterprise search company, where he developed and closed their largest relationships including AOL and Microsoft. Mark started his career at CheckFree, a payment processing technology company, where he helped to build it from a five person startup to a multi-national public company. Mark is an accomplished musician and enjoys spending time with his family at the lake.
Bill Furlong, VP of Business Development: Bill manages Bizo’s B2B publisher network, helping Bizo create successful partnerships with B2B publishers. A leading figure in B2B media, Bill founded and ran B2BWorks, the first major B2B online ad network, and has also served as the Managing Director of Crain’s BtoB Magazine. He is currently the chairman of SearchChannel, and is a frequent speaker at BMA, DMA, ABM and advertising organizations throughout the US. Bill was named to BtoB’s Who’s Who and Crain’s Chicago Top Internet 100 List, is in the Chicago 16 Inch Softball Hall of Fame, and trained in improvisational comedy with The Second City.
John Whitmore, Sales Director: John leads Bizo’s agency and direct client efforts in New York, and is a digital veteran with more than 10 years of interactive media experience including stints at Varick Media Mangement, ValueClick Media, Tribal Fusion, and [x+1]. Over the past decade, John has worked closely with big brands like General Motors, American Express and Verizon Communications among many others to drive results to build their businesses online. When he’s not building and growing large business relationships, Michigan is the only team he cares about and he enjoys spending time with his wife and his two daughters.
Donnie Flood, Director of Engineering: Donnie heads up the platform development efforts for Bizo. He hails most recently from AdMob, where he was one of the first technical hires, helping to build the solutions that have made it a leader in the mobile advertising industry. Some of Donnie's favorite bands are Calexico and Cold War Kids, and he recently bought a new guitar to kick off his next career.
Lee Byrne, Director of Ad Operations: Lee has held various advertising sales and account management roles at Yahoo!, and most recently ran the account management group at ZoomInfo, a business information search engine. Lee played football in college and loves Salesforce.com and RockBand.

Bizo's board is made up of executives experienced in the art of creating successful companies. Between the five members of the board, they have founded or held senior management roles at dozens of successful venture-backed technology companies.
Russell Glass, Founder and Director
Yonatan Stern, Founder and Director: Yonatan co-founded Bizo and led the charge to spin it out of ZoomInfo to create his fourth company in the last 20 years. Yonatan is currently the founder, CEO and Chief Scientist of ZoomInfo and is also the founder of CardScan and Rosh Systems. Yonatan can often be found on the Tel Aviv – Newark – Boston shuttle, is an artificial intelligence buff and has one rule: be profitable.
Bryan Burdick, Director: Bryan is currently the president of ZoomInfo, and has held senior management roles at Monster, Lycos, Go2Net and Reality Online, a Reuters company. Bryan is a diet coke and hockey fanatic, and if he's not playing hockey, he's coaching hockey, watching hockey or talking about hockey.
Steve Ricci, Director: Steve is a senior partner at Flagship Ventures, and brings 30 years of experience in the venture capital industry. He has been directly involved in the financing of over 125 companies and currently serves on the boards of Affinnova, Brainshark, Carbon Design and ZoomInfo. Steve is often seen riding a bicycle, which he puts to good use each year to raise money in the Pan-Mass Challenge for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
Mike Tyrrell, Director: Mike is a general partner at Venrock, which he joined after 16 years as an entrepreneur in management roles at venture backed technology companies including Spyglass, the creator of the first internet browser, Mosaic. He currently sits on the boards of AppNexus, Bungee Labs, Endeca, Second Rotation and ZoomInfo. Mike is a seven handicap, and likes all things Celtics, Red Sox, Bruins and Patriots.
